Kailua Escape Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit via PayPal. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance in full by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

2. Arrival and Departure

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10:30am. Any late arrivals or early departures must be pre-approved by the property owner.

3. Property Use

The property is for the exclusive use of the guests listed on the booking confirmation. Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.

4. Damage and Cleaning

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. A cleaning fee will be charged for any significant cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 180 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 179 days of arrival are non-refundable.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for adhering to all local laws and regulations. Smoking is prohibited within the property. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in the booking confirmation.

7. Liability

Kailua Escape is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii.

10. Amendments
